		<description><![CDATA[What I remember is a lot of talk about how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 offered deductions and other benefits for small businesses and home buyers, and very little discussion about how it will beneift low-income earners or the unemployed, which would not have been of much interest to the Barn audience.

It was a very interesting discussion about stimulus spending, taxation, and the national debt that ensued after the talk.]]></description>
